What to include in your message
The more context you share, the faster we can help. A few things that speed up a reply:
- The email address on your PaintPricing account (if you have one)
- A short description of what you are trying to do
- Any error message you saw, or a screenshot if relevant
- The device and browser you were using when it happened
Common reasons people get in touch
- Billing questions. Upgrades, downgrades, invoices, or our 14-day refund.
- Technical help. Login issues, saving quotes, generating PDFs.
- Feature requests. If a feature would change how you quote jobs, we want to hear about it.
- Partnerships. Agencies, paint-store tie-ins, or content collaborations.
Our response time
We reply to most messages within one business day, Monday through Friday. Urgent account or billing issues get priority and are usually handled the same day.
